Nerina ha un carattere meraviglioso e una personalità unica. Faceva parte del gregge e, naturalmente, ha iniziato a gravitare verso di noi, rimanendo vicino al rifugio. Quando abbiamo provato a tenerla in un box, non le piaceva affatto. Così abbiamo avuto l’idea di lasciarla vivere liberamente nel giardino del rifugio, usando il magazzino come spazio per dormire la notte.
Ora Nerina è la regina del rifugio. Quando arriva qualcuno, fa da padrona di casa: si avvicina, chiede coccole, e poi se ne va a crogiolarsi al sole. Sta benissimo nella sua libertà, che sembra fatta apposta per lei.

Nerina has a wonderful character and unique personality. She was part of the flock and naturally gravitated toward us, staying close to the shelter. When we tried to keep her in a kennel, she didn’t like it at all. That’s when we came up with the idea to let her live freely outside the kennel in the sheltee garden with the storage room as her sleeping space at night.
Now, Nerina is the queen of the shelter. When someone arrives, she acts as the greeter, happily asking for cuddles before wandering off to bask in the sun. She’s thriving in her freedom, and it suits her perfectly.
