Shiva è giocherellona, amichevole con gli altri cani, brava con i bambini e va d'accordo anche con i gatti. Cammina bene al guinzaglio ed è una compagna perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista.
È arrivata al rifugio quando aveva un anno e da quattro anni aspetta una famiglia che la adotti. Ma nonostante la sua natura adorabile, nessuno l'ha ancora accolta.
L'unica ragione è che aveva un problema alle zampe (zoppia intermittente). Sebbene corra e giochi felicemente, per lo più senza zoppicare, questa condizione deve ancora essere trattata. Un'operazione correggerebbe questa “imperfezione” e migliorerebbe notevolmente le sue possibilità di trovare una famiglia amorevole.
Tuttavia, il costo dell'operazione è considerevole e si frappone tra lei e la felicità che merita.
Speriamo in un'adozione del cuore o che un giorno riusciremo a raccogliere il denaro sufficiente per l'operazione.

Shiva is playful, friendly with other dogs, good with children and even gets on well with cats. She walks well on a lead and is the perfect companion in every respect.
She came to the shelter as a one-year-old and has now been waiting for four years for a family to adopt her. But despite her lovely nature, no one has yet come forward to take her in.
The only reason for this is that she had a leg problem (sporadic limping). Although she runs and plays happily, mostly without limping, this condition still needs to be treated. An operation would correct this “imperfection” and considerably improve her chances of finding a loving family.
However, the cost of the operation is significant and stands between her and the happiness she deserves.
We remain hopeful that one day we will be able to raise enough money for the operation.
